CANCELLATION POLICY
Stephen Peters Salon reserves the appointment time exclusively for you. To honor our team’s time and commitment, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments adjusted with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This allows us to fairly compensate our service providers for their dedicated time.
